Effective Immediately Upon Purchase
By purchasing any product or service from NixeSolutions, you ("the Customer") hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase through our website, digital storefront, or any other official sales platform, the Customer automatically agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies set forth by NixeSolutions. These terms are binding and effective immediately upon transaction completion, regardless of whether the Customer has read or reviewed them.
2. Authority and Termination Rights
NixeSolutions reserves the unconditional right to terminate, suspend, restrict, or revoke access to any plan, service, or account at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. This includes—but is not limited to—violations of our terms of service, misuse of our platform, attempts to abuse the system, or activity that we deem harmful, suspicious, or inappropriate.
- No refund, credit, or compensation is guaranteed in the event of termination.
- Decisions made by NixeSolutions regarding service suspension or termination are final and non-negotiable.
3. No Liability for Service Disruption
NixeSolutions is not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions resulting from service suspension or termination. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups and understanding the scope and limits of our services.
4. Acknowledgement of Policies
It is the Customer’s responsibility to review all Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and any applicable Acceptable Use Policies before purchase. Use of our services implies full understanding and acceptance of these documents.
5. Enforcement
This agreement is enforceable under applicable laws. Any dispute or violation may result in immediate service restriction or further penalties as outlined in our broader Terms of Service.

1. No Refund Policy

2. Configuration & Account Sharing
a. VPN Configuration Files:
Redistributing, sharing, or publishing VPN configuration files is strictly prohibited.
- First Violation: A formal warning will be issued.
- Second Violation: A reactivation fee of $6.00 USD will be required to restore service.
b. Account Credentials & Server Details:
Sharing of login credentials, assigned IP addresses, port numbers, or any service-related access details is not permitted, unless explicitly authorized by the service owner.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
3. Feedback & Support Policy
a. Dispute Resolution:
Labeling the service as a “scam” or making defamatory claims without first contacting support is strictly against our policy.
b. Contact Procedure:
If you encounter any issue with our service, please contact support immediately for resolution. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns professionally and promptly.
c. Conduct Expectations:
Any form of abuse, harassment, or disrespect directed at staff will result in account termination without notice.
4. Service Availability & Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any part of our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service.
5. Server Usage & Misuse
Our infrastructure is designed to withstand high-level attacks and ensure maximum uptime. However, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Engaging in torrenting, illegal distribution, or unauthorized public sharing of server IPs or configurations
- Deliberately provoking attacks on our infrastructure
- Using the service to engage in activities that draw unnecessary attention or abuse to our network
Such actions will result in immediate and permanent suspension of service, without refund or appeal.
6. Agreement
By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
