By purchasing or using any service provided by NixeSolutions, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

NixeSolutions provides VPN services, VPS/VDS hosting, dedicated servers, and other digital products.

2. Payments

• Payment is required before service activation.
• Services renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

3. Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

4. VPN Usage

Customers may not:

• Share VPN configuration files.
• Share account credentials.
• Resell personal VPN plans unless specifically authorized.
• Use the service for illegal activity.

The first violation may receive a warning. Repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.

5. VPS / Dedicated Servers

Customers are responsible for all activity on their servers.

Prohibited uses include:

• Malware
• Phishing
• Spam
• Botnets
• Illegal content
• Network abuse
• Attacks against other systems

NixeSolutions may suspend any service creating risk to our network.

Private VPS, VDS, and Dedicated Servers require 3 days' notice before the next billing cycle if you wish to cancel.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

NixeSolutions is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, lost profits, or service interruptions.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
