Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

Because NixeSolutions provides digital services, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may only be considered if:

• We are unable to provision the purchased service.
• The purchased service cannot be delivered due to an issue caused by NixeSolutions.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect purchases.
• Failure to cancel before renewal.
• Account suspensions due to Terms of Service violations.
• Network attacks or issues outside our control.

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
