Effective Immediately – Please Read Carefully Before Purchase

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products, VPN services, VPS/VDS hosting, and custom server deployments, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by NixeSolutions.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.


2. Configuration, Access Sharing & Account Security

a. VPN Configuration Files

Redistributing, sharing, leaking, or publishing VPN configuration files is strictly prohibited.

  • First Violation: Formal warning issued

  • Second Violation: A reactivation fee of $6.00 USD will be required

  • Further Violations: Permanent suspension without refund

b. Account Credentials & Server Details

Sharing login credentials, assigned IP addresses, SSH credentials, ports, VPN accounts, panel access, API keys, or any service-related access information is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by NixeSolutions.

Unauthorized sharing may result in:

  • Immediate suspension

  • Permanent termination

  • IP blacklisting

  • Service removal without refund

c. Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for securing:

  • Their passwords

  • Server access

  • API keys

  • SSH keys

  • VPN credentials

NixeSolutions is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by customer negligence.


3. VPS/VDS Hosting Policy

a. Allowed Usage

Customers may use VPS/VDS services for lawful purposes including:

  • Game servers

  • VPN infrastructure

  • Web hosting

  • Reverse proxies

  • Development environments

  • Private applications

b. Prohibited Usage

The following activities are strictly prohibited on all VPS/VDS services:

  • Torrent seeding or public file distribution

  • Hosting malware, phishing pages, botnets, or malicious software

  • Spam, mass email campaigns, or abusive automation

  • Unauthorized scanning or attacks against third-party networks

  • DDoS attacks originating from our infrastructure

  • Public resale without authorization

  • Cryptocurrency mining unless explicitly permitted

  • Illegal content or copyright infringement

  • Intentionally attracting attacks against our infrastructure

Any violation may result in:

  • Immediate suspension

  • Permanent termination

  • Null-routing of services

  • Removal without warning or refund

c. Resource Abuse

Excessive abuse of CPU, RAM, bandwidth, disk I/O, or network resources that negatively impacts infrastructure stability may result in temporary suspension or resource limitation.

d. VPS/VDS Management Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Securing their server

  • Updating software

  • Maintaining firewall/security configurations

  • Monitoring abuse originating from their VPS/VDS

Managed support does not include responsibility for customer misconfiguration or negligence unless explicitly agreed upon.


4. Feedback & Support Policy

a. Dispute Resolution

Publicly labeling the service as a “scam” or making defamatory claims without first contacting support for resolution is strictly against policy.

b. Support Procedure

If you encounter issues with any service, please contact support immediately. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns professionally and promptly.

c. Staff Conduct

Harassment, abuse, threats, racism, discrimination, or disrespect toward staff members will result in immediate account termination without notice.


5. Service Availability & Termination Rights

NixeSolutions reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate access to any service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Abuse reports

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes

  • Network abuse

  • Security concerns

  • Excessive attacks affecting infrastructure stability

Private Server Renewal Notice

When managing a private VPS/VDS or dedicated service through NixeSolutions, customers are required to provide at least 3 days’ notice for cancellations or renewals.

Failure to provide notice may result in:

  • Automatic service termination

  • Data deletion

  • IP reassignment

NixeSolutions cannot guarantee recovery of terminated services or data after removal.


6. Network & Infrastructure Protection

Our infrastructure is designed to withstand high-volume attacks and maintain uptime; however, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Deliberately provoking attacks

  • Publicly exposing protected infrastructure

  • Sharing backend IPs publicly

  • Bypassing protection systems

  • Abuse targeting upstream providers

Any activity that places unnecessary strain or unwanted attention on our infrastructure may result in immediate suspension without refund.


7. Data Loss Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of:

  • VPS/VDS data

  • Website files

  • Databases

  • VPN configurations

  • User data

NixeSolutions is not responsible for:

  • Data loss

  • Corruption

  • Accidental deletion

  • Service interruptions

  • Hardware or upstream provider failures


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Permanent blacklist from future services

  • Suspension of all active products

Fraudulent disputes may be forwarded to payment processors and abuse databases.


9. Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, or using any service provided by NixeSolutions, including VPN services, VPS/VDS hosting, and digital products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
